Intensive Coaching Workshop: Nurturing Your Body and Career

Sample Seminar Schedule
10.30am – arrival, registration, welcome tea/coffee, networking
11am – start of the workshop 11am-12.15pm Your mind (presentation by Dr Anastasia Dedyukhina). How you toxify your mind and sabotage your success – key productivity failures. Consciously Digital: how you can restructure your digital routine on a daily basis, so that you do more by doing less. Learn to program your mind for success under the most stressful conditions. 12.15pm-1.30pm Your body (presentation by Dr Adriana Candeias). How the diet affects your energy levels, mood and your mental capacities. How to nurture, avoid toxification and achieve your physical excellence. 1.30-2.30pm Healthy delicious lunch cooked by a professional chef. You will have an opportunity to write down the recipes and understand how each of the ingredients helps improve your health |
2.30-4.30pm Interactive workshop - Let’s put what we’ve learned into practice, review and challenge your daily routine and come up with some practical steps of what you can change coming back home.
Using proven coaching techniques, we will look at how balanced you are in all areas of your life, and which areas are out of balance. You will get more familiar with your wiser self that always has the right answer, and learn how basing your choices on your core values can empower your career and well-being. You will work on your 6-12 months plan and create practical steps to take to make your vision come true, while learning to overcome your internal saboteurs. 4.30-5.30pm Q&A and personal consultations time, optional networking 5.30pm - finish |

Adriana Candeias (PhD, GAPS™CP, LCPH) – founder of Applied Sustainable Health clinic, specialises in nutrition for chronic conditions and counselling for emotional development. She designs individual therapeutic strategies helping patients around the world shifting trauma and stress-related blockages, whilst offering deep physiological solutions for their physical imbalance and general wellbeing. Adriana comes from a long academic research background in physiology and is a regular lecturer on public and professional circuits. Her research focuses mainly in the long-term effects of environmental/social factors and the link between the immune, hormonal and emotional health. |

Anastasia Dedyukhina (MBA, PhD) – having spent 12+ years in senior marketing positions with global media and internet brands in Russia, Italy, USA and the UK, Anastasia re-qualified as a coach and is currently running two coaching businesses. Anastasia.tips helps clients boost their career or business, and Consciously Digital find a balance between online and offline lives, so that they become more productive and have more time to spend on things that matter. Anastasia trained as a Co-Active coach with The Coaches Training Institute, an industry leader, and a systems coach with CRR Global. |
Legal terms:
It is the responsibility of the participant to communicate to the coaches about any health conditions or dietary requirements before the seminar.
The seminar fee is not refundable. It can be transferred to the name of a different person with no extra fee. In exceptional circumstances, i.e. in emergency situation or a case of a serious illness, the fee can be transferred towards the participation in a similar event in the future or a different coaching product, depending on the arrangements with the coaches. In case of a serious illness or any other reason preventing one or both course leaders to attend the seminar, the event will be moved to a different date. Should the participant not be able to make it on a different date, he will be issued a refund.
