Do you work in an organization and want to bring a coach for your team or company?
I am trained as a systems coach (i.e. know how to work with two or more people, and not just individuals, and can spot and manage dynamics in the teams). I help organizations innovate by creating a culture that attracts and retains innovative and entrepreneurial people. Together, we find ways to use right brain thinking and gut feeling in combination with rigorous data analysis to minimize time-to-market product time and ensure consistent business growth.

I am especially passionate about supporting early stage companies and entrepreneurs. My work with start-ups allows them to:
- clearly communicate their value to investors
- build powerful, mutually respectful and beneficial partnerships with investors
- select the right people to fit into the team and culture
- design and redesign the appropriate team alliance during periods of rapid growth or changing ownership
- transform internal issues and conflicts between the start-ups and external investors into opportunities for further growth and stronger relationships between parties.
I currently support early-stage businesses as a mentor, collaborating with Westminster Business Council, and with Startup Direct, a UK governmental initiative that finances small and medium-sized UK-based businesses. I have previously been involved as a business mentor with Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, supporting female entrepreneurs in developing countries, and Speed MI Up, an Italian-based business incubator that hosts new generation digital media companies. I am also an affiliate member of Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs and am accredited with SFEDI (UK Sector Skills Body for Enterprise) as a small business mentor.
I am also an experienced public speaker, and am happy to present at your company, talking about innovation and human capital. Other topics I cover are digital detox, the impact of technology on our health and productivity and non-invasive marketing. I write a lot about it for Huffington Post and other big publications.
