Powerful Visualization: Create Your Successful Year
Welcome! Before you do the visualization exercise, I suggest you do these three things (otherwise magic won't work):
Step one: find half an hour when nobody can disturb you and switch off all notifications/devices that can distract you.
Step two: before switching on the video, do something physical. Jump for five minutes, make a few stretches, go for a fast short walk – basically, get the blood flowing faster and fill your brain with oxygen (or if you prefer to use yoga terms, get some prana/life force into your body).
Step three: take a piece of paper and enjoy my guided visualization to make your big plans for 2016! You can also download this video and take it with you on the weekend/holidays.
